Reading the night
The Kill Feed
Photos, verification, and the community record of what came in.
UPDATED · September 10, 2026
The kill feed is the running record of verified kills from you and your friends — photos, the hunter who took them, and the read from the night it happened.
Posting a kill
When you log a kill in the hunt flow and attach a photo, it can post to the feed. Every feed post carries a photo, the hunter's handle, and — when the app could stamp one — the Hunt Index of the night the kill came from, so a kill posted on a PRIME night and a kill posted on a GRIND night both show their real context, tier and all.
AI verification
Every photo that posts to the feed runs through an automatic check before it carries a verified badge. The check looks at the photo itself — it isn't asking you to prove anything beyond what the image shows. A kill that doesn't clear the check doesn't post to the feed. It stays in your own log, and if three friends sign for it, it posts and counts like any other.
Comments and likes
Feed posts take comments and likes, same as you'd expect. It's a wall for you and your friends, not a private log — they can see it, respond to it, and react to it.
- Open any kill card to see the full photo and the night's tier.
- Tap the comment icon to read or add to the thread.
- Tap the like icon to give a kill a nod — the count shows on the card.
Report and block
If a post doesn't belong — wrong photo, wrong species, abuse — every kill card carries a report option, and you can block a hunter from your feed entirely. Reporting sends it for review; blocking is immediate and only affects what you see.
NOTE
The tier and number on a kill card are a snapshot of the night it happened — they're frozen to that night and don't get recalculated later, even if the engine changes down the road. A kill card is a record, not a live number.
Group hunts in the feed
A shared kill posts once in the feed, with every hunter on it credited on the card. The fractional split that divides the kill across the group for personal stats happens behind the scenes — the feed card is about the kill and the people who earned it, not the math.
